110% Satisfaction Guarantee
Any BrioBottle™ product purchased from briobottle.ca that is unused and in the original packaging can be returned due to dissatisfaction for a full refund plus 10% of the purchase value (tax not included) within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. All payments will be refunded through the original method of payment. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless there was a direct error caused by BrioBottle™. Once we receive your return we will process your refund within three business days. Each customer is entitled to one (1) 110% guarantee after which all returns drop to a full refund. All returns require original proof of purchase.
To return any BrioBottle™ products, please email us at email@example.com with the original proof of purchase and your reason for return. We will get back to you within 24h with further instructions to complete your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
