RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at briobottle@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Warranty

Lifetime Guarantee:

In the case of your BrioBottle product malfunctioning or becoming nonoperational, contact briobottle@outlook.com with details of product flaws, proof of purchase as well as detailed and clear pictures of the issues. Stain / odor retention does not qualify as a lifetime warranty claim. To qualify for a replacement the damage must be unintentional and qualification is at the discretion of the seller. A customer service representative will inform you if your purchase qualifies for replacement and if so will have a new product sent to you as soon as possible. If it is just the cap that is dysfunctional, a new one will be sent out at our soonest convenience. 

Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use are not warranted.

 

Stain & Odor Proof Claims:

As noted above, retained stains / odors do not qualify as a Lifetime Warranty claim. Food grade stainless steel and our hydrophobic ceramic coating is much better at resisting odors and stains than other BPA free plastic alternatives but still may be subject to damage and retention of odors. We suggest to promptly hand wash all products after use to minimize the likely-hood of stainage / odor retention. 

 

Leak Proof Guarantee:

All BrioBottle products are covered under our Lifetime Guarantee to be leak-proof. Any leaking from the lid or drinking cap may qualify you for a full or partial product replacement of the same color and style. We can not completely guarantee a leak proof product over the life of the bottle but with proper handwashing of all BrioBottle™ components you greatly elongate the lifespan of the product.

Any leaking due to improper use of intentional damage is not covered under this guarantee.

 

To submit any warranty claims, please send clear pictures of the issue with proof of purchase to briobottle@outlook.com. If eligible, we will get back to you within 24h with further instructions.
